These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 5q8 platform, which is accessible at 5q8.app. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

5q8 may request age verification documents at any time, including before approving withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed through the same payment methods available for deposits — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and cards. Withdrawals are paid to the same account or number used for depositing unless otherwise verified by the support team.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the withdrawal section of the platform.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Subsequent withdrawals may also require verification if prompted by the system.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated in the withdrawal section. VIP members receive priority processing based on their tier.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be converted to withdrawable real money.
• Wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, minimum odds, and expiry periods vary per promotion and are stated clearly on each offer.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once is prohibited and constitutes bonus abuse.
• 5q8 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if abuse, manipulation, or breach of terms is detected.

• Participation in the VIP programme is automatic for all registered accounts — no separate enrolment is required.
• VIP benefits, including cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, and access to personal account managers, are specific to each tier.
• Tier maintenance is reviewed monthly. Falling below the maintenance threshold may result in a tier adjustment.
• 5q8 reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, benefits, or the programme structure with reasonable notice given through the platform.
• VIP cashback is credited weekly based on net losses in the preceding seven-day period. Cashback credits carry no wagering requirement unless otherwise stated.

In cases of suspected fraud, 5q8 may freeze an account pending investigation without prior notice. During a suspension, access to funds may be restricted until the investigation concludes. If a suspension is found to be in error, the account will be reinstated and access to funds restored.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting customer support. Any real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to outstanding verification requirements being met.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.
